The Ministry of National Defense of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (Taliban) has announced the death of one of the key commanders of the Afghanistan Freedom Front and seven other members of the Front on April 11, 2023.

A user quoted local sources as saying that the Taliban are trying to find Akmal Amir and in this connection they have arrested dozens of his family members and relatives. This user has also reported the house-to-house searches in the north of Kabul, Parwan and Kapisa.
However, in the image which was published as the image of Akmal Amir's corpse, several black moles can be seen on the upper part of his eyebrow and ear. But in the pictures of Akmal Amir published on social media pages, there is no black mole on the upper part of his eyebrow and ear.
