However, Fact Crescendo found that these reports were false and Mahjabeen\u2019s was not beheaded by Taliban. The information has been attributed to the coach from Afghanistan. The report doesn\u2019t mention the name of the coach but claims that she said in an interview. As indicated&nbsp; in the Telegraph report, Suraiya Afzali, a coach of Afghan woman volleyball team had indeed made this claim in an interview given to Independent Persian. He confirmed that the rumors on social media are false and his daughter\u2019s death has nothing to do with the Taliban.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said: &#8220;<em>Mahjabin was killed before the Taliban came into power. She had recently received a scholarship from the United States but her husband had opposed it.<\/em>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fact Crescendo Afghanistan also asked him if he had been threatened by the Taliban about sharing information with the media. He replied that that he had not been threatened by the Taliban. But he said he felt intimidated by the Taliban, as Mahjabeen Hakimi had served with special security forces in the previous government.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahjabeen\u2019s father and their relatives accuse Mahjabeen\u2019s in laws for her death and don\u2019t believe that Mahjabeen could commit suicide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of Mahjabeen&#8217;s relatives posted an update on Facebook on August 8 about her death.
