Through reverse image search, we found that a number of media websites have published this image on November 13, 2021. It is reported that the photo is from a deadly explosion that targeted mainly the Hazara and Shia suburb of Kabul.

According to the reports, explosion goes off in a minivan in Dasht-e-Barchi area in the west of the Afghan capital.
