Social Media Claims of Hasiba Noori’s Murder in Khyber Pakthunkhwa are False. 

After the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan, many prominent people including several politicians fled the nation and took refuge in different countries. Afghan singer Hasiba Noori also fled the nation after Taliban takeover in August 2021 and took refuge in neighboring Pakistan.

Recently, many social media users claimed that unknown individuals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan killed Haseeba Noori.

However, the viral social media claims are fake and Afghan singer Haseeba Noori is alive.

Several prominent media agencies had also circulated the fake news of assassination of Haseeba Noori.

However, a journalist named Iftikar Firdous tweeted that the news of the death of singer Haseeba Noori was fake and she is alive.

Further, he posted a video of Haseeba Noori. In the video, Haseeba Noori can be heard taking in Dari and Pashto language and she clarified that she is alive and well. She also mentioned that earlier she had met with a car accident and the picture, which is being shared on social media, was taken while she was in hospital after being injured in car accident.

She further also clarified that she is in Quetta, not Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is safe.
