Former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s supporters gathered to protest his imprisonment at D-Chowk in Islamabad on 24 November 2024. However several old and unrelated images and videos are being shared among social media users with context to the situation in Islamabad.

Fact Check
We applied Google reverse image search on the image depicting a person wrapped in a shroud like a corpse. The image earlier also has been shared several times with connection to several social media claims concerning the situation in Gaza and recently has been shared with context to the Chaos in Islamabad.
We found that image was originally shared by the Thai channel Morning News TV 3‘s Facebook page on 29 October 2022, along with more photos of children. The post mentioned that a mother had dressed her children in costumes for a Halloween competition at a mall in Nakhon Ratchasima city and credited the photos to Surattana Sawadkit.
The simple translation of the Facebook caption written in Thai language reads as:
‘‘This Halloween, I believe many parents must have fun dressing up their children as cute ghosts, following the Halloween festival that is coming up in a few days. Recently, another mother with a very creative idea dressed her child as a Thai ghost, put in a frame holding an incense pot, and another as a ghost tied with a sash in a paper coffin, entering a contest at an event in a famous shopping mall in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. And won 3rd place.

Conclusion:
Hence from the above investigation it is clear that The image of a shrouded person using a phone does not show a PTI protester. It was first shared in October 2022 and depicts a child dressed as a corpse for Halloween.
